Programs

The result of ongoing analysis at Opportunity House has shown that addressing the needs of chronically homeless men, women, and children during the winter months requires additional support for food, shelter, clothing and supportive services.

During the “Code Blue” period of November 1^st through mid March (weather depending) the daily population of chronically homeless men, women, and children increases as the average night time temperature plummets. To find out “how you can help” click here.

Opportunity House is located in Reading, Pennsylvania and serves residents of Berks County. Our goal is to help families and adults become and remain independent members of our community.
